  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship all over Pakistan.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

⏳ Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities/Areas: 3–6 working days
    Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offer will be clearly mentioned.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details.

❌ Delivery Issues

  • If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect information, Andaaz Wear will assist but is not responsible for courier delays.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply for returned parcels.
